Can’t attend your original course?

If you can no longer attend your originally booked training course, we offer flexibility and the following options for you:

• Replacement – You can send a colleague in your place at no additional cost.
• Reschedule – You can reschedule for a later date or a different course (course fees may apply). This must be done 10 business days prior to the originally booked course date.
• Refund – A full refund can be requested up to 20 business days from the booked course date. If your notice period is less than 20 business days, we suggest you reschedule or find a replacement attendee.
